Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with jurst.shop.

This Shipping Policy explains our free standard shipping service, estimated delivery timeframe, order processing, tracking, delivery addresses, delayed shipments, lost parcels, damaged packages, and other delivery-related matters.

By placing an order through jurst.shop, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.

1. Free Standard Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered within Australia.

Our free standard shipping service includes:

  • No minimum purchase requirement

  • No standard shipping charge

  • No promotional code required

  • No additional standard delivery fee at checkout

Free standard shipping is applied automatically to eligible Australian delivery addresses.

If an optional express, priority, or upgraded delivery service is offered at checkout, an additional charge may apply. Any applicable charge will be displayed before you submit payment.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time for orders delivered within Australia is:

15–20 calendar days after successful payment confirmation.

This estimated timeframe includes:

  • Payment confirmation

  • Order verification

  • Product preparation

  • Order processing

  • Packaging

  • Carrier transportation

  • Final delivery

The 15–20-day timeframe begins after your payment has been successfully authorised and your order has been confirmed.

Calendar days include weekends and public holidays. However, processing and carrier operations may be limited on weekends and Australian public holidays.

The estimated delivery timeframe is not a guaranteed delivery date. Some orders may arrive earlier, while delays may occasionally occur because of carrier conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally reviewed and processed on business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

During order processing, we may:

  • Confirm payment

  • Verify customer and delivery information

  • Conduct fraud-prevention checks

  • Confirm product availability

  • Prepare and package the products

  • Assign tracking information

  • Arrange collection by the shipping carrier

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next available business day.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email at the email address submitted during checkout.

The confirmation email may include:

  • Your order number

  • Products ordered

  • Billing information

  • Delivery information

  • Amount paid

  • Other relevant order details

Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately at info@jurst.shop if any information is incorrect.

An automated confirmation indicates that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has completed all payment, security, or availability checks.

5. Payment Verification

Some orders may require additional payment or identity verification before they can be processed.

We may contact you to confirm:

  • Your name

  • Billing information

  • Delivery address

  • Telephone number

  • Payment authorisation

  • Other relevant order details

Where additional verification is required, the estimated delivery period may begin after the requested information has been received and approved.

Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable period may result in the order being delayed or cancelled.

6. Shipping Destinations

Free standard shipping is available to eligible delivery addresses within Australia.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including:

  • Recipient’s full name

  • Street number and street name

  • Apartment, suite, unit, or building number, where applicable

  • Suburb or city

  • State or territory

  • Postcode

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

Delivery availability may vary for:

  • Remote or regional locations

  • Offshore islands and territories

  • Parcel lockers

  • PO boxes

  • Restricted-access buildings

  • Addresses that cannot be serviced by our selected carriers

If we cannot deliver to the address provided, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate solution.

7. Remote and Regional Locations

Orders delivered to remote, rural, regional, or difficult-to-access locations may require additional delivery time beyond the usual 15–20 calendar-day estimate.

This may include certain locations in:

  • Western Australia

  • Northern Territory

  • Tasmania

  • Regional Queensland

  • Remote South Australia

  • Offshore islands

  • Other areas classified as remote by the carrier

Remote-area delivery time depends on the carrier’s network, local delivery frequency, transport availability, and weather conditions.

8. Fulfilment Locations

Products may be dispatched from different fulfilment centres depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Stock location

  • Delivery destination

  • Supplier arrangements

  • Package size or weight

  • Carrier availability

Some products may be shipped from a fulfilment location outside Australia.

Using an overseas or alternative fulfilment location does not change the free standard shipping offer for eligible Australian orders.

9. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email after your parcel has been dispatched.

The shipping confirmation may include:

  • Your order number

  • Carrier information

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link

  • Shipment status

Tracking information may take approximately 2–5 business days to become active after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

A temporary delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving or has been lost.

10. Tracking Statuses

Tracking information is supplied and updated by third-party carriers.

Tracking may temporarily display statuses such as:

  • Shipping information received

  • Label created

  • Parcel awaiting collection

  • In transit

  • Processing at a facility

  • Customs or border processing

  • Arrived at destination facility

  • Out for delivery

  • Delivered

  • Delivery delayed

Some carriers update tracking only when a parcel reaches a major sorting or delivery facility.

We cannot guarantee that tracking information will update in real time.

11. Multiple Packages

An order containing multiple products may be shipped in more than one package.

Products may be shipped separately because of:

  • Different fulfilment locations

  • Product availability

  • Parcel size or weight

  • Carrier requirements

  • Packaging or safety considerations

If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive:

  • Separate tracking numbers

  • Separate shipping confirmation emails

  • Packages arriving on different dates

You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees when we divide an eligible order into multiple packages.

12. Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery period displayed on our website, product pages, checkout, order confirmation, or Shipping Policy is an estimate rather than a guaranteed appointment.

The estimated 15–20 calendar-day delivery period may be affected by:

  • Carrier network congestion

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Peak shopping periods

  • Transportation disruption

  • Remote-area conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Customs or border inspections

  • Government restrictions

  • Industrial action

  • Supply-chain interruptions

  • Events outside our reasonable control

We will take reasonable steps to assist customers when an order is significantly delayed.

13. Peak-Period Delays

Processing and delivery may take longer during high-volume periods, including:

  • Christmas and New Year

  • Black Friday and Cyber Monday

  • Easter

  • Major promotional campaigns

  • Australian public holidays

  • Significant carrier disruptions

  • Severe weather events

Customers should place time-sensitive orders as early as possible.

We do not recommend relying solely on the estimated delivery date for:

  • Weddings

  • Birthdays

  • Holidays

  • Travel

  • Anniversaries

  • Other fixed-date events

Please allow sufficient additional time when ordering for a specific occasion.

14. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for checking that all delivery information is complete and accurate before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused solely by information incorrectly supplied by the customer, including:

  • An incorrect postcode

  • A missing unit or apartment number

  • An incomplete street address

  • An incorrect suburb or state

  • An incorrect recipient name

  • An invalid telephone number

  • A misspelled or unsupported address

Contact us immediately at info@jurst.shop if you notice an address error.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipping has begun.

15. Address Changes

To request a delivery-address change, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The original address

  • The corrected address

  • The email address used to place the order

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect the address.

Where available, you may need to contact the carrier directly to request redirection.

Any redirection service is subject to the carrier’s policies and availability.

16. Failed Delivery Due to Address Errors

If a parcel is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we may:

  • Contact the customer for a corrected address

  • Arrange redelivery

  • Process an eligible return

  • Issue an appropriate refund

  • Request payment of reasonable redelivery costs

Although the original order qualified for free standard shipping, additional delivery costs may apply when redelivery is required solely because of incorrect information supplied by the customer.

No fee or deduction will be imposed where doing so would conflict with the Australian Consumer Law.

17. Delivery Attempts

Depending on the carrier and delivery location, the carrier may:

  • Deliver the parcel to a person at the address

  • Leave the parcel in a safe location

  • Leave a collection notice

  • Redirect the parcel to a collection point

  • Attempt delivery again

  • Contact the customer for delivery instructions

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and collecting parcels within the carrier’s stated collection period.

18. Authority to Leave

Where you or the carrier authorises a parcel to be left unattended, the carrier may leave it in a reasonably safe location at the delivery address.

You should carefully consider whether unattended delivery is appropriate for your location.

Where a parcel is correctly delivered in accordance with a valid authority-to-leave instruction, responsibility for the parcel may pass to the customer at the time of delivery, subject to applicable law.

This does not apply where the parcel was delivered to the wrong address or the carrier failed to follow valid instructions.

19. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check the entrance, mailbox, garage, reception area, and other safe locations.

  2. Ask household members, neighbours, building staff, or reception personnel.

  3. Confirm that the delivery address on your order is correct.

  4. Check for a delivery photograph or collection notice.

  5. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.

  6. Contact us at info@jurst.shop if the parcel remains missing.

We may ask you to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Confirmation of your delivery address

  • A written declaration of non-receipt

  • Information requested by the carrier

  • Other reasonable information required for an investigation

We will assist with a reasonable carrier investigation where appropriate.

20. Delayed Parcels

A parcel is not automatically considered lost because it has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe.

If your order has not arrived within 20 calendar days, please:

  • Review the latest tracking information

  • Confirm that your address is correct

  • Check for a delivery attempt or collection notice

  • Allow for public holidays or remote-area conditions

  • Contact us at info@jurst.shop

We will review the shipment and, where appropriate, contact the carrier or fulfilment provider.

21. Lost Parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms that a parcel is lost, contact us at info@jurst.shop.

We may:

  • Open an investigation with the carrier

  • Request additional information

  • Arrange a replacement

  • Issue a refund

  • Provide another appropriate remedy

The available solution will depend on:

  • The carrier investigation

  • Product availability

  • Delivery circumstances

  • Information provided by the customer

  • Applicable Australian consumer law

22. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a package or product arrives damaged, contact us promptly at:

info@jurst.shop

Please provide:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Photographs of the outer packaging

  • Photographs of the internal packaging

  • Photographs or videos of the damaged product

  • A photograph of the shipping label

Please keep the damaged product and all packaging until we provide further instructions.

Damaged or defective products will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Australian consumer law.

23. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or your order is missing an item, contact us at info@jurst.shop.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The product received

  • The product you expected to receive

  • Photographs of the parcel contents

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A photograph of the shipping label

If your order was divided into multiple packages, please review all tracking numbers before reporting an item as missing.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution.

24. Unclaimed Packages

A package may be returned if:

  • It is not collected from a collection point

  • Delivery attempts are unsuccessful

  • The carrier cannot access the address

  • The parcel is not claimed within the carrier’s collection period

  • Required delivery information is unavailable

If an unclaimed parcel is returned, we may contact you to arrange:

  • Redelivery

  • An eligible return

  • A refund where appropriate

  • Another suitable solution

Reasonable redelivery costs may apply where the parcel was unclaimed because of circumstances within the customer’s control.

25. Refused Deliveries

If you refuse a delivery without first contacting us, the parcel may be returned to the sender or another fulfilment location.

After the parcel has been received and inspected, we may:

  • Arrange redelivery

  • Process an eligible return

  • Issue an appropriate refund

  • Deduct reasonable return costs from a voluntary change-of-mind refund where legally permitted

No deduction will be made where it would unlawfully restrict your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

26. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting us at info@jurst.shop as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered processing, fulfilment, or shipping.

If an order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait for delivery and request a return under our Return and Refund Policy.

27. Customs and Border Processing

Some orders may be dispatched from a fulfilment location outside Australia and may pass through customs or border processing.

Customs inspections may occasionally delay delivery.

Where duties, taxes, or other charges apply, responsibility will depend on the information displayed at checkout and applicable law.

We will not request an undisclosed standard shipping payment after an eligible Australian order has been placed under our free standard shipping offer.

28. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where an order is not delivered within the stated timeframe or within a reasonable additional period, the customer may be entitled to an appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

We will assess delivery complaints fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

29. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes to:

  • Delivery services

  • Carrier arrangements

  • Fulfilment procedures

  • Shipping destinations

  • Business operations

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply to future orders and will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order already accepted.
